Expert Witness

The current rate for expert witness testimony, depositions, or any consulting work outside northern Vermont by Liam Tower is $250.00/hr plus expenses. Office consulting rates (rendered from our office in Northern Vermont) are $125.00/hr plus expenses. "Lost time" rates (i.e. travel time etc.,) are $75.00/hr from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. on work days while traveling, waiting for meetings, or otherwise losing work time on behalf of the client.
